Altun Ha & Ziplining Adventure

Your day begins with a pickup from your resort or by meeting us at our tour shop. Pickup time will be provided depending on where you are staying. We’ll start the morning with breakfast before checking in at the airport or water taxi terminal, 30 minutes before departure. You can choose between two travel options: ✈️ Flight Option: A quick 15-minute scenic flight from San Pedro to Belize City. 🚤 Water Taxi Option: A 1.5-hour ride across the Caribbean Sea to Belize City. Upon arrival in Belize City, you’ll meet your guide for the day. From there, it’s about a 1-hour drive north to the Altun Ha Maya Ruins. At the site, your guide will walk you through the history of this ancient ceremonial center. You’ll explore the temples, plazas, and even have the chance to climb the Temple of the Masonry Altars, which rises about 55 feet high, offering breathtaking views. After exploring Altun Ha, we’ll drive about an hour to Frank Eddy Village for a traditional Belizean lunch. Next, just 15 minutes away, your adventure continues with an exciting zipline experience. After a short walk, you’ll meet your zipline guides and begin your adventure across 6 platforms, starting at 25 ft and gradually increasing in height and length. The final two lines stretch over 1,000 ft each, offering thrilling views of the lush rainforest canopy. Once your activities are complete, we’ll drive approximately 1 hour back to the municipal airstrip, where you’ll check in for your return flight to San Pedro. Upon arrival, one of our staff members will be waiting to take you back to your resort.
