🏝 Guevara Tours Belize – Payment Policy
Location: San Pedro, Belize
Service: Snorkeling Tours, Island Excursions, and Jungle Adventure Activities

  1. Booking and Payment
    A 50% payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
    The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour, or an alternative payment arrangement must be agreed upon.
    We accept the following payment methods:
    Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Cash, or Zelle)
    Bank Transfer (for large groups or private charters)
  2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Full refund for cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled tour.
    No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour or for no-shows.
    Suppose the tour is canceled by Guevara Tours Belize (Belize Infinity Adventures) due to bad weather or unsafe conditions. In that case, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.
  3. No-Show Policy
    Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour will be charged the full price.
    Arriving late may result in missing the tour, and no refund will be provided.
  4. Rescheduling
    You may reschedule once at no charge if requested at least 48 hours before the tour.
    Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a fee or denied, based on availability.
  5. Weather & Safety Conditions
    The safety of our guests is our top priority. Guevara Tours Belize (Belize Infinity Adventures) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to:
    Bad weather, hurricane, tropical depression, storm, or extreme wind gust. 25 knots above.
    Any unsafe or unforeseen conditions
    If a tour is canceled by us for safety reasons, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no cost.
  6. Currency and Taxes
    All prices are listed in (USD) dollars, but charges will be made in BZD currency at an exchange rate of 1 USD to 2 BZD dollars.
    General Sales Tax (GST) and bank processing fee are included in your final booking price, where applicable.

A minimum of 4 persons to confirm any water activities like snorkeling and fishing. Minimum of 2 persons for all jungle mainland tours like cave tubing, ziplining, Maya temples, zoo, etc
